5. Payment Terms
Our services are offered for a specified price as outlined on our website or in a separate agreement. Payment must be made in full before the commencement of any design services, unless otherwise specified in writing.

Upon full payment, the Client shall have full ownership rights to the final deliverables created by the Designer for the project outlined in this contract. Until the final payment is made, ownership of the deliverables remains with the Designer. The Designer reserves the right to use the final designs in their portfolio or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11. Independent Contractor Status
The Designer is an independent contractor, not an employee of the Client. As such, the Designer is responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and legal obligations. The Designer is not authorized to act on behalf of the Client.
12. Force Majeure
The Designer will not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, labor strikes, natural disasters, or government action.
13. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is unlawful.
14. Modifications to These Terms
